Born to Serve Study Program

TO BEGIN:

Contact the Institute by sending an email to  for a Course Description. Should you decide to enroll in the course, you will be emailed a link to register online.

ONCE REGISTERED:

  1. You will be provided with the Table of Contents, assignments, and handouts for the month and asked to review them before orientation phone call or meeting.
  2. You will have a phone or in-person orientation to review assignments and handouts for the first month and set a starting date, as well as dates and times for the following phone calls*:
Whether service is practiced as duty, charity, purification, or devotion, the call to service expresses the desire to love through action. We discover service as life rather than as something we do in life; we discover that everything we do is service.
    • A half-hour “check-in” phone call from your assigned faculty member to address any questions you may have will take place two weeks after you have started the module.
    • A one-hour phone call made by you to your faculty member will take place at the end of the month to review the month’s assignments (e.g., first two module assignments in the first month) and experience with the material. Your faculty member will send you an email that explains the focus of these phone calls.

* You are invited to contact the faculty member during the month via email or phone if you have difficulty working with the materials and need support.
.

FEE POLICY:

The course must be paid for in full at the time of registration. You will receive a full refund if you withdraw within three days. The course fee is nonrefundable after three days. The student is responsible for any cost from monthly phone calls.
