Group Soul Alignment
Purpose: To align each group member with the Group Soul, which protects, guides, teaches, and inspires group members. The alignment supports the mechanism that allows the individual personalities of group members to receive their Soul and the Group Soul’s input and insight. A leader or group member can do the alignment before a meeting or class.
Introduction: The human soul (lower case “s”) is located in the heart. Therefore, the words “heart” and “human soul” below are used interchangeably. Each individual’s Soul (capital “S”) is located about eight inches above the head. The Group Soul can be visualized at an elevated level in the center of the group.
Directions: Sit in a comfortable position when doing the alignment and in a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. Pause at least 10 seconds between each step. (You may find it helpful to record these instructions so that you can close your eyes and avoid distraction.)
