Carolyn Ducca
Carolyn became a student of the Institute in 1990 and has studied soul development, leadership, group consciousness and right use of the will among other subjects at the Institute. She began teaching at the Institute in 1994 and has taught courses in leadership and organizational design, Esoteric Healing, awakening the heart, and group consciousness. Carolyn served as Director of Services and as Board Treasurer for many years, and was a member of The Clarion Way faculty.
The Clarion Way is the psychospiritual path of the Institute.
In 2004, Carolyn retired from a 32-year career with the Arlington County Juvenile Court, where she worked with program development and evaluation, staff training, counseling, leadership development, and administrative duties. She was a member of an interdepartmental team responsible for guiding the county toward becoming a high-performance organization, increasing the capabilities of its staff, and implementing principles of leadership, diversity, and teamwork county-wide. Carolyn holds degrees in Child and Family Development, Family Relations, and Clinical Psychology.
